    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

    We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by our riders mishandling of the pies once the order is sent out, and will not offer a refund or replacement in such case.

  • How much is the delivery?
    Delivery is quoted based on distance, and we follow the rate laid out by Lalamove & Grab, our delivery partners.

  • Can I choose delivery time?
    Yes, you may choose your estimated delivery window. Usually between 12pm-6pm. And we will try very hard to meet it. If you're ordering for a party, and that timing is very strict, please inform us, so we can mark your order has high priority.

  • What time can I expect my order to arrive?
    KL and Selangor Areas:  You choose your estimated delivery window. Usually between 12pm-6pm. Late delivery may be caused by unpredictable situations like heavy rain, heavy traffic, flood, or accidents and we will not be responsible for any late delivery.

    Areas outside of KL and Selangor : We currently do not serve these areas.

  • Can I change the delivery date/address/recipient details?
    Kindly WhatsApp us at +60193363900 at least 4 hours before the delivery date & time for any changes.

    Otherwise, we cannot confirm that changes can be made and will not take responsibility for the pies if the recipient is not present during the original delivery time slot.

  • Do you use 3rd party delivery service or your own delivery team?
    KL and Selangor Areas: Lalamove, Grab.

    Areas outside of KL and Selangor :We do not serve these areas yet

  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive a delivery update via email when your order is processed. If orders made via WhatsApp, we will send you the dispatch’s contact once your order is out for delivery.

  • Can the rider send it up to my condo unit/office?
    Unfortunately, not. The rider will pass the pies to the recipient at the lobby/drop-off point only.

  • What if the recipient not around when the rider arrived at the location?
    The rider will call upon arrival and if the recipient not around, for those who stay in the condo we will place it at the guardhouse, for the landed house we will put it at the house fencing there. We take no responsibility for the freshness of the pies once delivered.

  • Do you deliver to whole Malaysia?
    No. Not yet. Will work on that. We currently deliver to KL and Selangor areas only.
